These terms cover use of the Armored Tacos & Grill website and customer messaging features offered for our restaurant.

Restaurant information

We aim to keep menu descriptions, hours and other information accurate. Items, prices, ingredients, promotions and availability may change. Check the current ordering checkout or contact the restaurant for confirmation before ordering or making a special trip.

Ordering and payments

Online ordering is provided through Clover. Review your items, modifiers, pickup or delivery selection, total, fees and estimated timing before submitting payment. The terms displayed by the ordering or delivery provider also apply. An informational website or chat response is not an order confirmation.

Changes, cancellations and order problems

Call the restaurant promptly at (910) 920-1060 for order changes, cancellations, missing items or refund requests. Available options depend on preparation status, the circumstances of the order and the ordering provider’s process. A refund or cancellation is not guaranteed by an automated response.

Allergies and dietary needs

Speak directly with restaurant staff about food allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Website descriptions and AI responses may not include every ingredient or preparation detail and should not be relied upon to determine whether a dish is safe for a particular allergy.

AI-assisted messages and reservations

Where available, an automated assistant may answer common questions and help collect requests. Automated answers can contain errors. Contact staff for complex questions, complaints, allergies or information requiring confirmation. A reservation or special request is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation through the applicable reservation service or restaurant staff.

Responsible use and third-party services

Use the website and messaging features lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent requests, abuse the service or attempt unauthorized access. External ordering, social media, maps and messaging services have their own terms and availability.

Privacy and updates

See our Privacy Policy for information practices. We may update these terms as our services change. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
